Airswift is an international consulting company that provides comprehensive HR services for the largest international and national enterprises in the oil and gas industry and related industries (production, energy, chemistry, petrochemicals, automotive, engineering, etc.). Currently we are looking for HSE Manager to join one of our clients. Responsibilities: Coordination and support of the implementation of the security management system, including offices, branches, laboratories Conducting HSE audits Managing and overseeing the preparation, approval, dissemination and revision of safety procedures and instructions in accordance with legal and company requirements Definition of rules, regulations and contractual obligations related to HSE applicable to business units Control of changes in legislation, HSE management systems and, if necessary, consultation and support of interested parties Organization, conduct and control of mandatory trainings for personnel in accordance with legal requirements and company requirements (labor protection, fire safety, electrical safety, first aid) Support in organizing preliminary and periodic medical examinations for personnel; Monitoring the condition and availability of personal and collective protective equipment Organization of examination of working conditions and risk assessment at workplaces (including special certification of workplaces) Providing methodological support and comprehensive assistance to line managers and branch managers in matters related to HSE, maintaining contact with line managers to improve jobs in accordance with the HSE requirements and achieve the HSE targets set by the Company Support as a business partner on HSE topics for sales departments Conducting HSE security trainings for newcomers in offices, branches and autonomous divisions Development of materials and articles to promote the company's safety culture Requirements: Higher education (HSE or Technical is preferred) Practical experience in implementing Safety Culture programs Good knowledge of Russian legislation, international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) Experience in auditing (in relation to the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as compliance with ISO / OHSAS requirements) Certified for the standard security system (ISO 18000, ISO 14001, NEBOSH, etc.) Experience in HSE for at least 5 years English - Intermediate and higher Good communication skills
