Job Overview The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the process of launching different promo and loyalty program campaigns: bonus or cashback promos, lotteries, tournaments/competitions, etc. What Will You Do? This hands-on role runs sales promo campaigns for all the markets of Company presence. You will be controlling full process of the promo launch: planning, creating content and mechanics, reporting. Main goal of this roles is to raise the engagement of clients through promo campaigns in order to improve business metrics. Key Skills Required Experience of holding promotions, bonus or loyalty programs - must have Super skills of writing sales texts - must have Native or fluent English - must have Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently without supervision by managers Additional skills Experience of holding A/B tests - will be an advantage Being familiar with Forex or Crypto terminology - will be an advantage Skills of visual content creation (photoshop) - will be an advantage HTML/CSS - will be an advantage Position may require business trips to Europe, Latin America and Russia.
