Major requirements: Higher Education - mandatory Upper Intermediate English language skills 3+ years working experience in Finance or Sales Experience of working in Financial modelling, in Sales Finance, in project management - desirable Experience of working with Key customers in FMCG - desirable CIMA, ACCA or similar qualification- desirable Strong analytical skills - ability to review complex data, to work with macros and other big data analytics tools; to understand the facts and the situation with D&A in channels to track and develop recommendations Proactivity, time management and communication skills PC skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, 1C 8) at the advanced user level Convincing skills, charisma and confidence - to lead forecasting with Sales leaders and drive change in processes Management skills - to organize and drive cross-functional collaboration in projects Strategic skills - to review D&A process as a whole and build new approach and processes in planning and forecast Work proactively within cross-functional environment; self starter - able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment Strong results orientation track record of hitting & exceeding targets Responsibilities: Managing of Planning of promo and CDA in D&A in the business unit (BU) for all categories (Juice, Beverages, Snacks, Dairy) and for all channels (NKA, LKA, 3PD, TT, AFH and Export) Building new/improved process, new approach and modelling in Forecasting of D&A in details by months, channels/KA and expenses types; D&A unification according to ETIP (European Trade Investment Policy) structure, analysis of current practices and processes Analyse client mix opportunities and include this approach to new forecasting process elaboration Identify opportunities of trade spend efficiency across channels and expenses types according to ETIP Drive trade spend efficiency via building improved channel and client Customer Development Allowance (CDA) story for WCCE and especially on negotiation stages Manage short-term and mid-term projects within Revenue Management agenda, work in cross-functional environment to drive these projects realization and departments alignment Drive execution of D&A for all categories and all channels via monthly review and analysis Participation in Commercial Policy creation and D&A approval matrix building for OT, TT, AFH Share best practices from other markets while being part of broader RM community What we offer: Opportunities for professional development and personal growth; Comfortable conditions of work: modern and stylish office Social package: medical insurance, 24 days paid vacation competitive salary
