Professional skills and abilities: Higher education . Experience in marketing - minimum one year; Practical skills of work with social networks; Experience in developing brand promotion strategies in social networks; Experience in managing targeted advertising on social networks; Experience in creating and managing e-mail newsletters; Knowledge of html, css; Experience of work with graphic editors (Photoshop, InDesign – obligatory, Illustrator – is an advantage); Practical SEO skills in search engines Google, Yandex; Understanding and practical work skills in Google Analytics (Google Analytics certificate is an advantage), Yandex Metrika; Understanding the principles of search engine algorithms and ranking factors; Skills of advertising copywriting, short advertising messages, posts; Experience of work with video editors (shooting, editing, working with special effects). Literate oral and written speech, knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian and English , the ability to quickly and correctly translate texts. You are ready for business travels within Ukraine and abroad, amongst them 1-3 times per year travels of 4 – 8 weeks to our HQ in Germany. Social skills and abilities: You are a great organizer, with a high level of culture and the ability to work in a team. You value creativity and modern views in everything and say no! to tediousness. You are able to systematically organize your activities and are ready to bear personal responsibility for the actual results of activities. You know how to set goals and how to achieve them. The most important thing: Initiative and a proactive approach in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy. Functional Responsibilities: Development of a marketing strategy for the company; Raising and maintaining the position of the company's website in the chart of search engines by the keywords on the first page; Increase in the quantitative indicator of subscribers to the company’s WEB-resources and their promotion in accordance with KPI; Interaction with major field publications (negotiations on the publication of articles, layout of publications, budget control); Preparation of promotional and technical materials (presentations in PowerPoint, managing the company's website); Definition and implementation of Internet marketing strategies for company promotion (SEO-optimization, context advertising); Writing, editing texts; Managing the company’s groups on Facebook and Instagram (in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova); Carrying out advertising campaigns in social networks; Managing the company’s website (posting news and publications, SEO optimization, company promotion) for Ukraine, Russia and Moldova; Writing and managing e-mail newsletters; Preparation of reporting information on activities; Monitoring and reporting attendance of company WEB resources; Budget forecast for WEB marketing. Salary and working conditions: The starting salary will depend on your professional and social competence and skills, and will be agreed individually. The monthly salary consists of a fixed and a variable, performance depending part. In addition to the monthly salary, depending on the business results of the company and the level of achievement of the individual goals, an annual performance bonus can be provided. After successful completion of the trial period (approx. 3 months) the following additional benefits are possible, depending on your performance: flexible working day, generous vacation rules - “as much as you need”, in coordination with your superior, a comprehensive health insurance, paid 100% by the company - under the condition of an active healthy lifestyle, supporting our families and children in hardship times: e.g. offering internet English and art lessons for our kids, organized by the company during the Corona lockdown.
