Сreation of the best customer experience in the telecommunications market of Ukraine by managing projects to design customer experience for Company's services; Understanding the company's needs in market research and understanding the methods of their conduct, qualitative methods primary. Main responsibilities will include: Managing Ulab program: interviews schedules, briefs, coordinating the recruitment and document management process with the agency, budgeting, support and control of IT structure, control of equipment purchases, business support, assistance during surveys, translation of reports; Preparation of materials and Ulab conducting: understanding the background, preparing and agreeing DI guide, conducting the Ulab interview in the presence of colleagues or without them, preparation of a report / analytical note on the results; Conduct training for colleagues on guide preparation, in-depth interview strategies, qualitative reporting and qualitative research strategies Administration of Face to Face program: schedules visits to call centers and retail stores, supports managers during visits, feedback collection, distributes results to functions in terms of processes improvement, progress monitoring; Provides administrative support for the updated Become a customer program: application forms acceptance, feedback processing from participants, feedback providing to relevant functions, list of activities collection for customer experience improvement, implementation of activities status check, preparation of regular reports; Prepares CEM materials for internal communications about the activities of the CEM department. Ideal candidate will meet following requirements: Higher Education in Social Science, marketing, economics, management At least 3-4 years experience with qualitative research, guide and report preparations, client service, project management High empathy level, customer obsessed person experience in budgeting and controlling experience in working with projects basic knowledge of the recruitment process in research agencies communication skills ability to work with a high level of autonomy, as well as to interact with different levels of organizational hierarchy experienced MS Office user development of analytical reports and presentation skills Responsible, strong negotiation, interpersonal, managerial and communication skills, people management Working at VEON demands a high standard of business ethics and adherence to our legal obligations, our values and our Code of Conduct and supporting compliance policies and procedures.
