HR helps Danone to build solid foundation and increase business efficiency by implementing unique corporate culture and modern staffing, learning and developing solutions. Leading and coordinating of all Culture-building and Engagement events across Russia & CIS will depend on your work in Danone. In this role you will: Lead or contribute to employee engagement events aimed at inspiring employees around Danone mission, objectives, uniqueness; Coordinate surveys across CIS, providing roadmap and managing it as a holistic project to ensure synergy of approach and leaving freedom for local roll-out specifics; Coordinate HR communication to ensure proper priorities across department, minimize overlapping, excessive communication; Be a single point of contact for Internal communication team; Be a "buddy" for surfers in the company to help comfortize their integration to the company, provide feedback from surfer community to relevant HR departments; Be a part of other projects aimed at building culture, internal mood and employee mindset.
