We are looking for smart, dynamic and intuitive people to join our growing team of insurance technology professionals and industry experts – this particular opportunity is for: Business Systems Analyst - Digital Experience and API’s. Required skills: ? Digital Systems Integration Analysis and Design ? Software Requirements Documentation, including documenting business use cases, writing specifications for API’s and data mapping ? Good understanding of API development and integration related technologies ? Ability to collaborate with both Business and Technical peers ? Enjoys teamwork and does well in a team-oriented environment ? Strong verbal and written communication Preferred skills: ? Insurance experience ? Experience using Agile or lean development methodologies ? Good understanding of digital software development and related technologies ? Able to create mockups of potential UI designs ? Experience working with remote teams Daily activities include: ? Determine operational objectives of target users by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats ? Developing a detailed understanding of the inner workings of the EIS Suite ? Gathering, documenting, and reviewing business requirements related to digital solutions ? Writing integration design documentation including API specifications, data mapping and business rules ? Sharing requirements specifications with external and/or internal business stakeholders and seeks acceptance ? Handing over requirements to the technical team for implementation ? Be involved in ongoing collaboration and clarifications with both the business stakeholders and the technical team ? Facilitating acceptance testing of delivered APIs ?
