Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for games industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is. We are looking for extraordinary talents, who share our passion for creating the best gaming experiences. Сome join us ! Responsibilities: Analysis of the gaming economy, balance, player behaviour and the influence of external factors, preparation of reports; Development of player segmentation to adapt the product to user experience; Setting up an event system for games and working with game KPIs with a focus on improving them; Control the integrity and validity of all collected game data; Forecasting and evaluation of the results of A / B tests; Independent research tasks - from the formulation of a hypothesis and target metrics to the development of recommendations for changing games for product teams; Communication with partners. Requirements: 2+ years of experience on a relevant position; Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market, both web-based and on smartphones; Passion for games on all existing formats: board games, card games, sports, paper RPGs, gambling, all genres of video-games with special focus on mobile games and MOBA\Strategy games; Experience of closely working with Analytics, understanding of how the event system should be set up and deep understanding of game KPIs; Strong sensitivity to gameplay and game design, understanding how to build needs and emotions in the context of a game; Strong analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down in their key variables and identify the relations between them; Strong econometrics skills, able to model problems into quantitative systems, and draw qualitative conclusions out of quantitative data.
