Аксай 5\2 English - Upper-Intermediate 1. Senior Instrumentation &Control Engineer is obliged to possess knowledge on the following: Design principles, technical and economical calculations. Principles of operation, production technique and assembly technique of equipment and structures, type of materials and materials properties. Parent`s body`s regulations, degrees, orders, methodical and normative documents on design, construction and operation of facilities. Patent branch. Local and foreign experience and other materials on development and execution of design estimates. Technology of design and construction, technical, economical, ecological and social requirements to the designed objects. Labor management and industrial engineering. Protection of labour norms and regulations. 2. MAIN FUNCTIONS The Job Position of Senior Instrumentation &Control Engineer covers the following main functions: 2.1. Performance of works on designing 2.2. Development of technical studies, performance of technological processes during pre-design survey, detailed design. 2.3. Resolution of technical issues inside his/her discipline in adherence to project procedures and design requirements. 2.4. Interface with other disciplines in order to agree and develop common design philosophies and documents. 2.5. Manage, like discipline focal point, all issue referred to instrumentation and control system in the assigned project (Project Specialist Leader) 3. JOB DUTIES In order to execute the assigned duties Instrumentation &Control Engineer is obliged to: 3.1 On the basis of newest scientific – technical achievement, advanced local and foreign experience of project, construction and exploiting of facilities as well as using of automation equipment for project, develop separate, special sections (parts) of the project. 3.2. Participate in working up of assignments, tasks for developing of project decisions. 3.3. Participate in collecting of basic data for project, in solving of technical questions on assigned facilities, objects during all period of construction project, putting into operation of the object and opening up of designed capacity. 3.4. Coordinate the decisions made with project, design decisions on other sections (parts) of the project. 3.5. Provide compliance of the projects developed and technical documentation with standards, technical conditions and other normative documents on project, design and construction as well as with work request on them. 3.6. Executes engineering technical support on construction of the projected objects, facilities, and consults on the questions within his competence. 3.7. Participate in analyzing and summarizing of experience in working out of projects and in their implementation, realization in the construction on the basis of which is to prepare proposals on practicability of the general and principle decisions made. 3.8.Take part in preparation of requests on inventions, preparation of estimates, conclusions as well as references on to innovation proposals, projects of standards, technical conditions and other normative documents, in work of seminars and conferences. 3.9 . Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements 3.10 Controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents. 3.11 Defines engineering requirements. 3.12 Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations. 3.13 Provides technical support to Project group for multidisciplinary activities (e.g. plot plans review, Layout, specification for package, P&IDs mechanization). 3.14 Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance. 3.15 Prepares specifications for instruments, systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and installation. 3.16 Execute technical activities including instrument calculation (i.e. Control Valve sizing, Safety Valve sizing, instrument sizing) 3.17 Prepares functional analysis (control, ESD, F&G). 3.18 Implements instrument detail design on P&ID's. 3.19 Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams. 3.20 Prepares instrument material take-off. 3.21 Implements detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, installation detail, termination drawing...). 3.22 Performs the F.A.T. 3.23 Knowledge of SPI (INtools). 3.24 Partecipate to 3D Model activities (Instrument part) 3.25 Prepare documentation and specification for Telecommunication systems (PAGA, LAN/Telephone, CCTV, Security Access)
