COOPERL French pig production leader with 6 million of pigs produced by year, 5,4 million pork slaughtered by year, 7000 employees, 38% market share of French pig genetic, 1,6 million tons of feed produced by year. As part of its international expansion and control of the quality of its technical services in pig production COOPERL is completing the existing production team. We are currently looking for full-time Genetic sales representative who will be responsible for preparing strategic plans and implementing marketing tactics for the portfolio of Swine brands within Russia, Central and Eastern Europe. The Genetic sales representative will play an integral role managing Cooperl genetic brands to create a valued customer experience and grow sales. Requirements: Bachelor or Master’s degree in commerce is ideal You have minimum 3 years of experience in the trade of livestock and/or genetic Ability to develop a marketing plan with compelling strategies and tactics that are measureable Knowledge of Cooperl marketing processes. Lead, engage and collaborate with the field to meet goals Budget allocation and management Excellent knowledge of a foreign language is mandatory: English and/or French... Excellent writing skills, spelling and computer skills are essential for this job You enjoy working with IT and are comfortable with most desktop tools. Internal training will be provided on specific software. Real knowledge in livestock and genetic techniques is mandatory You have good interpersonal skills and want to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team Your diligence and organization skills will be a real asset for this position. This position requires the respect of quality and safety procedures Your curiosity to learn and your ability to suggest will allow you to became an important player in the group Main responsibilities: You concretely follow up the management of all commercial operations for genetic of COOPERL Rus You work on a day-to-day basis on planning, organizing, controlling genetic commercial operations in the Eastern Europe area but mainly in Russia You monitor the current and future range of genetic for COOPERL Rus You ensure the clients follow up and remotely their orders in collaboration with genetic and technical department of COOPERL Rus You have to enter, validate and follow up all orders. You ensure secretary functions regarding this position preparing and editing statistic data report. You also provide customer service and ensure feedback to your hierarchy You participate and animate meetings on current situation and forecasts. You prepare business meetings collaborating with COOPERL Rus departments and Headquarter You update data before and after clients visits, You assist preparing and supporting genetic commercial offers You organize commercial field trips : start up, animation, distribution of advertisements at points of sale, technical support documents…etc Your progress on the field will allows you to learn and familiarize with team management to develop the COOPERL Rus genetic commercial structure We offer: Official employment according to Russian legislation.
