DELVE is looking for a contractor Visualization and Business Intelligence Lead to help unify and run all our internal and external visualization and BI initiatives across our three main office in Boulder, CO, Minks, Belarus and Warsaw, Poland. This role is a blend of data visualization, analytics and business intelligence. You'll leverage your technical and analytical experience to improve our operations and data flow for ease of reporting and visualization. You will identify, obtain, transform and present data to enable the marketing effectiveness process, which provides visual guidance for how to improve marketing investments and impact business results. You will work closely with all internal DELVE teams including analytics, data collection, sales, marketing, creative & media execution, and finance, as well as external clients. You'll strategize & implement an optimal mix of data sources & analytics platforms, and create a data infrastructure to automate reporting needs. The end goal is to ensure we have efficient and consistent processes and analytics best practices for delivering data, insights and recommendations. Currently the position is scoped to last 3 – 5 months but open to longer if there’s a lasting need. This is a position that has strong potential to turn into a full-time position. Essential Technical Skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing the end-to-end process for business intelligence and marketing analytics projects Tableau and Google Data Studio super user, with significant expertise in Power BI and Looker. Knowledge of additional business intelligence tools is a plus Advanced Excel 3+ years of experience in creating dashboards, and visualization materials for clients. Must provide samples of work Advanced understanding of media, marketing and web site data Experience with attribution and media mix modeling Experience with end-to-end marketing analytics including testing, clustering, other modeling and statistical techniques. Communication and Project Management Skills Ready to communicate in English Experience working with Western Europe, USA and Australian clients Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and confidence to succinctly convey complex information to all levels Demonstrable critical thinking and problem solving skills Evidence of ability to work independently as well as part of a team Understanding of project management techniques with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks, respond well to changing priorities, pay attention to detail and demonstrate quality time management and organizational skills Experience working effectively across organization boundaries Strongly Preferred Skills Proficiency in one or many analytics languages like SQL, Python, R, etc. Agency, media, or vendor experience a plus Adobe Analytics, AWS and Salesforce experience Web site design Storytelling capability with visuals Past experience building Infographics What You’ll Do Act as a steward for reporting within the organization, using the highest standards of analytical rigor, data integrity & design-minded principles Drive the development of new reporting solutions and the improvement/maintenance of existing solutions, with a focus on delivering reports and dashboards that are aesthetically appealing, consistent and easy to understand You'll be working with stakeholders across the organization and external clients to understand business objectives and data & reporting needs Develop and apply in-depth understanding of business operations to recommend reporting solutions for complex issues Lead the design, execution & maintenance of reporting including implementing controls for standardization across all clients and offices Translate marketing attribution analysis, regression analysis, and other math/data heavy figures into a visual format that can be interpreted by audiences of all level Work with DELVE marketing, creative and sales teams to create visual and flow consistency across all internal marketing and sales materials Lead the designs for all client materials, including but not limited to, weekly and monthly reports, test plans, media and analytics audits, SOWs, RFPs,
