The People Ops team is the backbone of Wrike, helping us grow, scale, and create a vibrant company culture where Wrikers can excel. We've experienced rapid growth during the last few years, so we're looking for someone to come in to a new position as an HR team leader in our St. Petersburg office to help us reach the next level. You'll be a key member of the People Ops team, owning HR business partner team initiatives and helping our St. Pete office remain a highly desirable employer in a very competitive R&D market. We're looking for an accomplished leader who has experience managing an HR team in an international environment, and understands and successfully applies best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, employee orientation and development, and performance reviews. We want someone who has owned and implemented major initiatives that influenced a company's operations and successfully worked as an HR business partner for one of the company's key functions. Within 6 months, you'll be leading a team of HR business partners in St. Petersburg and owning at least one global initiative across our offices. In a year, we expect you to have a proven track record of initiatives you implemented and/or processes you fine-tuned that make a measurable impact on employee happiness and you are proud of. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of HR BPs in the St. Petersburg office - Act as HR BP for the R&D Operations team covering workforce planning and budgeting, orientation, development, engagement, and team performance - Drive key human resources projects from beginning to end, including defining key stakeholders and overseeing the project plan, budget, communication, and change management plan. - Identify and drive HR process improvement, including creating clear and detailed documentation that defines roles, responsibilities, and accountability We expect you to: - Have experience as an HR director/HR team leader role in an international company - Be an inspiring leader focused on growing and empowering your team - Deliver operational excellence in planning, processes, collaboration, and visibility - Speak English at least at an upper intermediate level - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple highly visible projects and competing priorities
