Job duties: 1. Development and execution of promotion strategy for real estate properties (luxury segment) b2b, b2c 2. Development and execution of advertising and PR concept 3. Managing and supervising all the marketing and PR activities of the company in all the company’s subsidiaries in different countries 4. Reacting and adjusting activities to quick changes in real estate market 5. Generation and assessment of new ideas to promote company’s projects 6. Assessment of marketing campaigns and sources 7. Assessment of competitors’ advertising and PR activities to develop better solutions and approaches to outwin 8. Strong skills in definition clear metrics for each campaign or marketing activity that will go straight with the business objectives and will be easy to measure and ability to analyze the results and efficiency9. Budgeting of marketing and PR activities and supervising budget performance Qualifications and requirements: : 1. Academic qualification to a university graduate (marketing, economics, sociology or similar), MSc in marketing/PR an advantage 2. Relevant experience in a real estate marketing of at least of 3-5 years (high market segment) 3. Experience with promotion strategies for high net and ultra-high net target audience 4. Excellent knowledge of development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies 5. Practical knowledge of digital marketing 6. Successful brand promotion experience 7. Organization of events and activities to attract VIP-clients and investors 8. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills 9. Strong analytical and budgeting skills 10. English proficient level 11. Computer literate 12. Examples of work/portfolio of successful projects to be presented by a candidate 13.
