We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Senior system administrator to supervise the use of Information Technology (IT) in our company. A successful SSA should have in-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming trends in the IT field. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain server infrastructure including VMWare, Hyper-V and Windows/Linux server operating systems Administer the Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Platforms Perform setup, configuration and ongoing monitoring of Active Directory infrastructure (i.e. AD replication/DNS troubleshooting, event log monitoring, OU maintenance, demotion & removal of domain controllers/DNS/DHCP of servers, promote DCs, etc.)? Perform ongoing system maintenance of servers including general server cleanup, system monitoring and patching Develop and maintains system-related documentation to facilitate implementation and/or adoption of system changes Perform setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of storage infrastructure (i.e. VMWare vSAN, Synology NAS, Microsoft S2D) Ensure systems are designed and implemented with high availability and disaster recovery Maintain and support company’s websites on CMS level Manage all related IT service providers Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and efficacy of technological initiatives Communicate with team members to understand needs and help them using modern practice THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS ARE: At least 5 years of experience as Senior System Administrator Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, design, build, and administration experience Proficient with Windows Server (including services – DNS, DHCP, etc.), Active Directory, DFS, SQL, Exchange, etc.? Proficiency on the level of (earning Microsoft certifications is a plus): Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2016 Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Network architecture and support experience Excellent command of oral and written English Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations WE OFFER: Challenging tasks and professional growth Become a part of our open-minded team Competitive salary and medical insurance 26 paid vacation days per year + all Ukrainian national holidays Grant of the cost of certification and IT conferences
