Responsibilities: Provision of interdisciplinary monitoring and timely fabrication of modules from detailed design to commissioning. Supervision over Contractor’s activity in project execution in compliance with HSE standards and expected quality, schedule and costs. Supervision under Site Manager command over EPC Contractor and Subcontractor during fabrication, testing and delivery of modules. Supervision over supply and mounting of machinery (static and rotating) to enforce proper execution of project technical solutions. Management of the Company’s Division incorporating experts in various disciplines. Coordination of cooperation between the Company and Contractor. Supervision over contractor’s activities to exercise the scope of work and achieve goals of modules precommissioning/commissioning Clear specificifying of the work to be done and informing Company’s on-site construction work team, contractor and subcontractor about expected results as related to HSE, quality, schedule, and costs. Ensuring development of proper quality project in the area of design for construction phase. Management/participation in constructability reviews aimed to eliminate weak points in the course of detailed design. Provision at a Fabrication Contractor of a plan to accomplish works. Provide contractors and subcontractors with efficient change management process. Work with design and fabrication teams to verify and approve Contractor’s work results. Identification and highlighting of all possible risks and opportunities that may impact cost, quality or project tasks. Leadership/participation in development and implementation of action plans for unexpected circumstances to maintain required work rate. Development of weekly/monthly reports on operation performance to control Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and critical data analysis. Assistance in review and fast authorization of production facility requests and technical deviation requests. Introduction of lessons learned and keeping records for new lessons. Enforcement of safe and efficient work according to Company’s HSE Policies and Procedures. Introduction of lessons learned. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in major international oil and gas projects at the Client’s/General Contractor’s side. First-hand experience in steel structures mounting, piping, E&I, coatings, insulation, scaffolds, welding, testing, machinery support engineering etc. Profound understanding of static and rotating equipment used in oil and gas projects. Overseas work experience at LNG Plant Projects or similar. Fluency in English High Level of Professional Qualification At least 10 years of engineering/managerial experience. Proven experience in modules fabrication. High leadership skills, self-disciplined, proactive, result-oriented. Work conditions: Location: China. Rotation schedule 8/2, while ON-SHIFT working days Mon-Sat, Sunday is off. 9 working hours per day.
