Chinese multinational technology company looking for an employee for a position Logist in spare parts. (Department - Eurasia TAC) Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Handle the spare parts service applications requested by customers/ engineers; 2. Follow the service process and trace the logistics status until the service is fulfilled; 3. System operations: Dispatch the parts in the working platforms, ensure the Huawei spare parts system is updated with the outbound and inbound operation by LSP (logical service provider) based on delivery records; 4. Is updating constantly the data related to local warehouses location and contact persons by maintaining a close cooperation with the local spare parts team; 5. Keep clear records of all inbound & outbound parts, coordinate stocktaking every quarter to assure account accuracy; 6. Arrange with customers and engineers to return faulty parts back in time; 7. Provide feedback at request based on the weekly/monthly activity of delivery; 8. Assure the KPIs are achieved and follow all activities until end; 9. Assist local Spare Part manager to finalize the service parts operation process, warehouse management and account system, assure the smooth logistics channel and prompt parts delivery and returns; 10. Arrange the domestics and international logistics for the spare parts service in Europe region. 11. Onsite service arrangement and assist ASP KPI management 12. DOA/Claim request follow up Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others): 1. Educational background: bachelor degree or above. 2. Major: Logistics Management, Enterprise Management, International Business and Economics related major, or Telecommunication, Computer and Electronics specialty. 3. Work experience: 1 year in logistics management or warehouse management. 4. Good English level (must). 5. Good communication ability (must). 6. Strong responsibility and goal-oriented (must). 7. High attention to details (must). 8. Good skill in Excel of Microsoft office is necessary. (must) 9. Similar working experience is preferred. (better) 10. Understand telecommunication product technology. (better) 11. Be familiar with spare parts business process and asset management.(better) 12. Possess international trade and law knowledge, tax & economic laws etc.(better) 13. Good Chinese level (better). Conditions: 1. Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; 2.
