We are looking for person, who is ready for relocation to Kromtau. Company does not offer additional monetary compensation for rent and etc. overheads related to relocation. Please indicate your Salary Expectations (net basis) in cover letter . What do you get to do in this position? 1. Internal Reporting: Be responsible for the Financial and Internal Reporting function in the subsidiary of Yildirim Group with the main responsibility of delivering financial reporting package, following group methodologies and IFRS Assist in ad hoc and special projects related to Internal Reporting as requested 2. Finance IT Systems: Drive change and identify opportunities to drive improvements in local accounting& reporting systems. Support integration and future migration to ERP systems at parent company level. 3. IFRS and Local Methodology: Work with the accounting department to resolve any IFRS or accounting issues. Identify and resolve reporting errors or discrepancies. Review and evaluate current accounting policies and procedures, proactively recommend changes where appropriate, develop and document new accounting policies. Participate in the adoption and implementation of the parent company's policy (IFRS standards). 4. Communication & Coordination: Coordination between outsourced company (IFRS statements preparer) and accounting department. Be a key contact for local external audits (Big 4 audit organization and follow-ups). Effective communication with the Headquarter Office (Istanbul) in the process of Annual audit and Half-Year audit review and Annual and Half-Year Results publishing, preparation and presentation of all necessary data. Formal requirements: Education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent; 3- 4 year experience in Big4 and/or multinational companies is a must; Fluent English is a must (oral and written); Knowledge and experience in «1С» and ERP systems; Proficient level of Excel; Ability to work with large data files.
