Main responsibilities: To ensure the timely supply of the necessary materials and services of the right quality at the best prices, as well as the procedures governing foreign economic activity and transport operations To coordinate the indirect costs of the East European cluster To implement a unified approach to cost categories at the factory level To expand collaboration and overview of indirect cost opportunities in the cluster To act as an expert in a subject field of Indirect Categories To manage, train, develop and evaluate employees of the department To manage process of production planning in order to optimize the production work and keep the terms of delivery time of finished products to customers To make accurate and reliable forecasts of consumption and supplies for all major materials (cardboard, paints, solvents, packaging material) in order to ensure timely delivery and optimize the level of working capital To organize an effective warehousing system in order to optimize stocks and reduce costs of materials storing in an external warehouse To manage the procurement process in order to ensure the timely delivery of the necessary products and services of good quality at the best prices To develop and maintain effective relationships with customs authorities, suppliers and other third parties relevant to the procurement process To participate in strategy identification and its implementation in indirect purchasing on the level of Eastern Europe cluster To run tenders for the procurement of products and services in accordance with the internal procedure of the procurement department To control the work with reclamations on the quality of purchased goods and services To organize and conduct audits of suppliers of goods and services To actively participate in continuous improvement program and other projects according to business plan of the company Reporting Requirements : Higher education Work experience in a similar position in production Experience with planning Сlaims experience Сonditions : Salary is discussed individually
