From now we are looking for an experienced IFRS Analyst to join our team in Kyiv office. Responsibilities: Perform month end closure, prepare accurate corporate financial reporting according to Group instructions Ensures integrity of financial statements and compliance with IFRS, company policies and governmental regulations Prepares analytical review of profit and loss statements and balance sheet Perform analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are booked Ensure monthly reporting schedules are correctly prepared and reported to Group as per Monthly Closing instructions. Put in place a solid and reliable process to record transactions with all analytics required by Group accounting (Entity, PGU, Cost center, etc) Preparation of annual budget, budget X actual reports and annual results re-forecasting when required Analyze variances, identify causes and report them to the CFO and Commercial Management Maintain a track record of the company most relevant KPI’s Assist in the preparation of monthly tax provisions and support deferred tax assets and liabilities calculations, following IFRS and Group Tax guidance. Coordinate the preparation annual Audited Financial Statements in conjunction with local auditors Keep track of documentation to support month end balances (balance sheet integrity review) Implement and document effective internal controls, following Internal Audit guidance Responsible for ensuring compliance to all locally applicable laws, rules, and regulations Assist the Global / Regional Controllers in the implementation of corporate policies and procedures Impairment test preparation Coordinate insurance renewal process timely and accurate cost accrual Ad-hoc tasks primarily supporting the controllers with global and local analysis for example: - assisting with budgeting, forecasting and preparation of audit, compliance and managerial requests. Education, experience, skills: Master degree in finance or accounting Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Experience or strong business interest in agricultural commodities.
