Skyeng is a fast-growing EdTech company. We create new revolutionary approaches to education in Russia and abroad. We are looking for the Director of Curriculum and Instruction who will manage a team of 30 methodologists. Role Responsibilities Content Development Designs and develops academic models for different age groups and language levels (incl. developing student roadmaps, choosing approaches and techniques for each level/course) Develops a manual for lesson design (incl. setting out methodological requirements) Controls the implementation the manual via a system of checklists Working with methodologists Coaches senior methodologists (incl. mentoring, help with conference talks, exams, courses) Onboards and instructs new methodologists Helps senior methodologists instruct and coach other members of the team Launching new projects Assess the educational value of new courses, contributes to the decision about creating a new course Helps senior methodologists create concepts of new courses, advises in methods, develops quality control checklists Monitors the process of course development via regular meetings with senior methodologists Working with teachers Helps the Head of Teachers develop a program for professional development for teachers Qualifications and Experience Higher education in Teaching English as Second Language Level of English CEFR C1/C2 Experience with online learning, familiar with various online platforms Not less than 10 years of teaching experience Experience as a senior methodologist / Director of Studies Experience of coaching teachers and methodologists Will Be an Advantage DELTA Certificates from professional contest and conferences, published works What We Offer Interesting real-life projects, new instruments, constant feedback.
