Then compile a set of documents and apply to one of our vacancies such as: Finance Manager full time Your tasks Contact person for the Company Management in the finance and controlling field To participate in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements of the Group companies To coordinate external accounting To be responsible for interrelation between merchandise management and accounting To plan and monitor budgets as well as create rolling forecasts during the year To draw up monthly variance reports and suggest appropriate action alternatives To determine capital demands including corresponding insurance reserves. To work out specific funding rules and financial strategy suitable for the Company. To perform cost-effectiveness and ad-hoc analyses Maintain and secure further development of data management in the Company and partner software To implement automated processes in accounting using the Company’s IT To form and develop internal controlling, financial reporting and analysis methods Project management (e.g. optimization of payment and billing process, introduction of new processes) To analyse industry statistics, economic data and business reports To check contracts (e.g. rental, leasing contracts). Required qualifications: Successfully completed economic education specialized in finance or training as an accountant Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years; experience in the field of auditing and/or tax consulting will be an advantage High level of commitment, reliability, loyalty and teamwork skills Solid understanding of finance/controlling and analytical ability Confident and experienced using of MS Office and ERP systems Extremely good mastering of German and English (spoken and written) Motivation and excitement from forming and structuring financial processes Relevant experience in accounting digitization
