Job Description: ? leading and organizing of smooth and timely holding budgeting process ? preparing of all kind of P&L managerial reports ? preparation of all kind of financial reports of foreign holding companies ? participation in development of standards and methodology of managerial and international accounting ? inventing and embedding corresponding methods of registration of new processes in real life ? preparing instructions for other staff on methods of holding activities registration ? participation and leading of ERP financial block development, independent cooperation with 1c team to develop special modules for bookkeeping ? managing and verification of intercompany balances ? effecting deep company assets analysis, arranging and setup of all necessary processes to secure correctness of reporting ? timely preparation of all financial reporting ? organizing of correct, timely and smooth registration of all financial holding activity in corporate ERP ? effective CA team operation ? Arranging all necessary processes for financial documents proper registration, presence and availability of all financial documents ? quarterly sales and profit results reconciliation for bonus calculation ? calculation of bonuses for commercial staff ? fulfilling all other activities, analytics and reports upon CFO request Requirements: higher education in finance, economics, accounting or business administration CAP certificate/CIPA preferable, DipIFR, ? experience in finance 5 years at least; ? good knowledge of finance and managerial accounting, ? experience in preparation of foreign companies financial reports ? experience in analytics, management of expenses, organizing of companies managerial accounts ? experience in balance reconciliation, expense registration, budgeting ? proficiency in 1C 8.2 "Предприятие и склад"; deep understanding and ability to extract any data from ERP, ability to embed changes into methodology of registration upon necessity ? proficiency in relevant computer software ? proficiency in MS Office ? perfect analytical skills ? perfect computer skills ? perfect math skills ? perfect excel skills ? attention to details and accuracy; ? good organizational skills, multitask efficiency ? task distribution and delegating ability ? analysis and problem solving skills ? ability to independently identify, setup, manage, delegate and control fulfillment of tasks English intermediate High Russian upper intermediate
