Now we are looking for a candidate for the role of a Tender Specialist . Job purpose: Tender Specialist is responsible for performance of relevant activity related to provision of continuity of tender process.in accordance with instructions received from direct manager and in accordance with the Company's procedure. Key responsibilities: Internet resources monitoring to identify new biddings/competitions, results of biddings/competitions request and review bidding documentation requirements, submit clarification requests get necessary information from involved company departments to compose bids/tender responses control terms of bids application, terms of documents preparation and bidding process period bid forms preparation, completion and signature process arrangement prepare complete package of bidding documentation, maintain internal tender register Requirements: Essential: Higher education. 3+ years on a similar position in an international company. Upper-Intermediate English. MS Office (Word, Excel) - advanced user. Extensive archive keeping skills (hardcopy and electronic) Ability to work under deadlines, ability to work with a large volume of information and documents. Ability to work in an international company environment. Willingness to study. Good communication skills. Preferred: Work experience in the oil and gas industry, any additional experience with procurement, logistics and supply chain management, elementary knowledge of the currency law, work experience with the contracts of foreign economic activity, ability to prepare analytical reports on contractual work, work experience on tender documentation.
