ALTSHIFT Consulting Limited is searching for Basware IT Consultant with the following conditions: Aim of the vacancy: As the member of the implementation team the candidate takes part at clients’ sites in preparation of implementation, in implementation and support of sales tasks of Basware Saas P2P systems as well completion of IT consultant’s tasks. Main tasks: Consulting related to implementation of Basware Saas P2P system and documentation of sytem operation during the the whole implemenatation phase. Planning and configuration of strategic and operational procurement processes Keeping continuous contacts with software vendor during implementation of Basware SaaS P2P modules as well with key users of the clients related to planning tasks during the system implementation Provide support to implemented systems along with training and change requests. Primary point of contact for developing a technical solution and for mapping Clients' business processes, including the necessary organizational tasks. Preparation of system plans and process descriptions Developing professional content for business (commercial) offers. Participate in full compilation of procurement and public procurement procedures and other tender documentation on the Bidding Site Support the work of the sales team at system presentations and events. Basic requirements: University degree in economics and / or IT Knowledge of database management, SQL Active C1 level knowledge of business English At least 2 years experience in implementation of Basware Saas P2P on the vendor side Your other advantages could be: Consultancy practice in implementation of any procurement system or practice in the use of a procurement system.
