Responsibilities: Creating of ON-LINE product in neural network field, commercialization, further development and product management Work with a cross-functional team (analysts, developers, testers, UX/UI designers, Sales, marketing etc.) Knowledge of products, all of their functionality and possibilities of use Analyze, market and new competitors monitoring Forming a product vision, managing requirements, creating and maintaining a product roadmap, highlighting MVP, segmentation, etc. Designing user interaction with the product. Work with prototypes, providing usability, collecting and processing feedback (errors, problems, user reactions); Accounting and analysis of business indicators, assessment of consumer demand and the study of product feedback A quick test of various hypotheses and an action plan to finalize Development of all necessary technical and user documentation for products Initiation and implementation of projects for the development of new products and services Budget planning, economic modeling and forecasting for products, including miscalculation and protection of the business case Communications with partners and customers Launch the product management to international markets. Main Market – USA Monitoring and management of product success on the market Responsibility for Product Revenue and Market Share Requirements: Job experience in the product management of not less than 3 years expected; Experience of entering into the market successful products Knowledge of technologies Knowledge of design and development technologies Sociability, ability to explain, to clarify, to uncover the task A large technical horizon, in particular in neural networks (neural networks – big plus Ability to quickly dive into the technical details Proactive Ability to set tasks for himself and his team Visionary approach to creating product management Experience in managing or interacting with geographically distributed English-speaking teams in different countries Ability to see perspectives Ability to see prospects for improving current processes and business requirements Experience in managing or interacting with a cross-functional teams of Software development (analysts, developers, testers, UX/UI designers, Sales, marketing e.t), preferably in different countries Skills of communication with business customers, requirements management, priori Skills of interaction with business customers, requirements management, prioritization, needs analysis Experience in new ideas search and product improving, based on user needs Experience with various projects and the ability to look at tasks from different sides Strong analytical skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, strong leadership skills, experience in resolving conflict situations.
