Primary Functions: • Provide technical and administrative direction related to Commercial strategies, Material management, Material planning, Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Filed material management, Indirect procurement • Perform periodic formal and documented functional reviews and audits of project Material Management execution • Prepare and issue relevant Material Management reports • Responsible for the implementation, management, and monitoring of the Material Management Work Process with the approved Corporate Reference Tool for Material Management to meet project requirements and schedule • Review, analyze, and negotiate Terms and Conditions, based on Prime Contract flow downs • Advocate the use of the Material Management knowledge management portals and communities • Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility • Maintain effective client relationships through client service excellence in execution • Review and action planning reports to appropriate persons for follow-up to support Fabrication or Construction • Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, if supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and use safe work habits • Manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities, and timely performance feedback • Leverage internal and external resources to administer policies and procedures consistently across all business lines, functions, and locations • Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action • Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards • Adhere to and support Company's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies • Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality • Other duties as assigned Skills Required : • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen (14) years* of 10 years work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eighteen (18) years* if non-degreed; • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner • English advanced or professional Conditions: 5/2 work week 44 days of vacation per year 2 years Contract with potential prolongation Work in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk office Medical Insurance Compensation of travel on vacation from the place of registration to the place of vacation 1 time in 2 years Providing free lunch on weekdays Sports (baseball / basketball / pool / discounts on gym membership at the office) Compensation for housing and travel allowance for non-local candidates
