Maire Tecnimont Group is an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top-ranking worldwide engineering contractors. Located inside Kuibyshevazot industrial premises (in Tolyatti, located in the Samara region Russia), Volgafert will produce and commercialize high-quality urea both for domestic and export markets. The new Urea production unit will be developed on the basis of Stamicarbon Urea technology. The project’s scope of work envisages the provision of engineering services, equipment and material supply and construction activities up to commissioning, start up and guarantee test run of a Granulated Urea Plant with a capacity of 540,000 t/y. Shipping Coordinator (FBE*) is responsible for the coordination of logistics and shipping operation of construction activities. Responsibilities: Coordination of arrival of trucks with project equipment and materials including Out of gauge and Heavy lift equipment and release of entry permits; Supervision during transportation of OS/HL from arrival port/jetty up to foundation/laydown area; Collaboration with Logistics team, construction group, material management group and the staff of the contractors involved; Supervision of unloading operations of trucks, including night shift; Control of material arrival, supporting Material Management to issue of Over, Short & Damage Reports (OS&D); Survey activities and Reporting to Project Team; Collaboration with Logistics team, construction group, material management group and the staff of the contractors involved; Coordination of cargo operation; Supervision of unloading operations of trucks; Coordination of Customs Clearance; Building professional relationships with all the Stakeholders; Attendance to periodical meetings with Client, Tecnimont Construction and Material Team at SITE & sub-contractors related to Transport and Customs activities. Qualification: University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent. Requirements: Fluent English; Excellent IT and analytical skills; Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution. Multidisciplinary knowledge of all the works (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental and Insulation Knowledge of KS Procedure as per local law Experience: Significant experience in industrial construction of Fertilizer plants; Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size; Five (5) years relevant field experience; Experience working on Contractor side.
