We are more than just specialists, we are experts. DESCRIPTION Currently we are looking for a Project Manager for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger. Our client is US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven expertise in the areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations. The company is opening new projects to develop state-of-the-art applications on a Pivotal Cloud Foundry platform. Our teams will work from Kyiv communicating to customers in Santa-Monica, California, Dallas and Texas offices in a highly agile environment. Currently we are looking for a Technical Project Manager preferably with past Java Software Engineering background and good analytical skills. We are seeking a curious, open-minded, collaborative person with a passion for partnering with Business Unit Product Managers, clients, designers and developers to produce the software of a highest quality. Responsibilities Work closely with the clients and Business Unit Product Managers to understand product vision and goals; Work jointly with developers and designers to prioritize, plan and deliver software; Perform activities related to Planning, Executing and Monitoring process; Create and maintain project artefacts related to change management, quality assurance, project monitoring and control (understanding of QMS is considered as a benefit); Responsible for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables of the respective team; Drive the development of the minimum viable product (MVP) to budget and timelines. Requirements 4+ years of product team leadership experience; Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process; Experience in defining and prioritizing product features; Previous experience in and success working with agile development teams; Excelent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms; Ability to influence decision making across a wide variety of roles and levels in the organization; Ability to use and understand at least few of project management techniques and tools related to planning and grooming, estimation, tracking, reporting, monitoring and communication; Ability to recognize, identify and work out a mitigation plan, set it up and follow it to avoid risks, escalate critical risks and issues to respective stakeholders; Ability to effectively delegate tasks, encourage team to follow their commitments and hold them together in common purpose toward the right objective; Experience in Java development, Spring Framework, TDD and microservices is a big plus; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
