PLACE OF WORK: Tashkent SUBORDINATION: General Director CATEGORY : Manager TO THE POSITION TO BE ASSIGNED: A person having certificate of professional accountant, related experience not less than 5 years. Duties: Have managerial and leadership qualities plus the ability to cope with a broad range of responsibilities. Work effectively with people covering different functions and with differing levels of expertise. Ability and experience to represent the Company to third parties. Good understanding and practical experience of internal control techniques. Have ability to communicate with people at all levels in the regional business and with European business, functional and process managers on both operational, technical and people issues. Comply with local statutory requirements including the production of monthly legal accounting and tax reports, annual financial statements, currency control documentation, local labor code requirements and other statutory returns as required. Product of US GAAP Financial information including monthly Financial Statements and quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements for the APCI Group. Support and co-ordinate other functional activities required to support Business activity and growth in Uzbekistan from the financial point of view. Includes support for Procurement and Customs Clearance, Human Resources, IT, Treasury, Company Secretarial and Office Administration activities working in conjunction with other Functional Managers and employees both locally and across the European organization. Manage the local Finance and Admin team including allocation of work, day to day supervision, development and performance appraisal. Advice and provision of support on the local Financial implications of Business Development opportunities in Uzbekistan including business combinations, acquisitions and legal entity restructuring. To observe the standards, rules, labor safety regulations, and rules for internal labor order, to timely take labor safety and EHS training, medical examination in Legal & Finance department. Organized and maintain health and safety conditions on each working place in Legal & Finance department. Provide financing of planned measures for improvement of labor conditions and labor safety, specified in the agreement on labor safety, as well as labor safety current and long-term plans. Check the spending of financial means appropriated for labor safety. To immediately inform the supervisor about any incident on the work place, about occupational diseases signs, as well as to communicate the situations, which could endanger human life and health. Perform one's functional responsibilities in labor safety area delegated by internal orders. Responsible for: Inadequate execution or non-fulfillment of his employment duties, stipulated by the present job description, within the limits established by operating labor legislation of the Uzbekistan. Violation of the law and rules regulating the business function of the organization. Causing of a material damage to the enterprise within the limits established by operating labor and civil legislation of Uzbekistan. Violation of the law during of work within limits established by operating administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Uzbekistan. Non-observance of operating instructions and orders about commercial secret saving and proprietary information. Non-observance of the internal labor order statements, safety and fire regulations. Non-fulfillment and untimely of case referral to person who is acceding to this position in the moment of transferring to other job or dismissal. In case out of that person to immediate manager.
