Location- Moscow Duties. - Management of the distribution division in Russia with headquarters in Moscow - Responsibility for sales and profits of the unit with annual sales of about 11 million US dollars. - Management of a team of 39 employees (11 in the office and 28 in the sales department) - To be the driving force behind strategic business development in the region - Continuous development of the Russian division - Business expansion within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union Necessary qualities and skills : - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Russia, preferably with generic products - Experience of a regional manager in various countries - Fluency in Russian and English - Entrepreneurial spirit
