Our client – International Mining Company is looking for Office Manager Responsibilities: Develop in conjunction with the Chief Mine Engineer, operations, geology, maintenance and IT departments, an appropriate software solution to cover the needs of the mine-engineering department. Work with the Chief Mining Engineer and IT department to ensure that appropriate working protocols and procedures are in place within the department to achieve a seamless integration of all the functions including, but not limited to: document control and versioning, integration with ERP system, integration with dispatch system and integration of all mining, budgeting, geotechnical and survey software. Work with the Chief Mining Engineer, operations, maintenance and IT departments to ensure that appropriate working protocols and procedures are in place so the interchange of information with external departments and sections is to the adequate standard. Supervise all the mine systems and reporting team. Set up with each section leader appropriate software training courses for their areas. Manage all mining specific software purchase, installation and maintenance. Develop appropriate training protocols for the mining systems team with special attention to the dispatch, automated hauling and automatic drilling systems. Provide training and refresher courses in AHS and ADS for mining. Design in collaboration with the Chief Mine Engineer all the reports and KPIs for the mining department. Ensure that reports and statistics are released to the standards and in a timely manner. Work with the operational planning manager to ensure that the statistics and reported figures cover all the needs to produce the mine section budget and the business plan. Collaborate in the development of automated processes in the department including programming of macros and scripts. Work with the chief mining engineer for the selection of appropriate personnel for the mine systems and reporting section. Support the development of all personnel under the mine systems and reporting section. Requirements: Technical University degree (Bachelor, Masters). Minimum 6 years of experience in IT systems or as automation engineer or as mine engineer with exposure to IT systems. Experience in the mining industry is an asset. Strong character with good leadership and supervisory skills. Good communication skills - verbal and written both internally and externally. Strong analytical abilities to solve problems. Strong project management skills. Conditions: Salary upon interview results; Medical Insurance; Location – Moscow.
