Wave.video is looking for a skilled social media content creator to join our team. The position is responsible for visual storytelling across all social channels with the goal of engaging and energizing our community. Who We’re Looking For This role will wear many hats: content creator, social media manager, and content producer. The main objective is to deliver highly engaging content, all with the lense of getting our online community excited, involved and informed of our products and what possibilities our products provide. You will not work alone, you will have access to our design, content and community teams to collaborate with on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Plan and produce dynamic visual content; Oversee asset creation and video shoots for social channels with minimal supervision and often with quick turnarounds/timeframes Ensure consistency of message and brand values across our social channels Oversee our social editorial calendar Monitor and analyze social metrics to propose effective strategies for growth; provide performance reports Research competitive landscape to identify seasonal trends, strategic initiatives, best practices, and social innovation The Right Person Would Have English writing and speaking skills Natural authentic storytelling and visual communication skills with a genuine love for the industry Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field(s) You must have experience creating content for social media brand pages and be able to link to / provide examples of your work with proof that your content has made an impact on community engagement Experience with creating and editing content for Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Story, Twitter, and YouTube - knowing the ins and outs of engaging content formats (photos, carousels, videos, boomerangs, polls, etc) on each social platform Able to think, plan, innovate and execute autonomously Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities, manage expectations and find quick solutions Team player who maintains composure in high pressure and fast-paced situations Ability to identify and track relevant social KPIs Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver Candidates should at least be familiar with some of the Adobe Creative Cloud Benefits Working on a tool that you will want to use yourself; Fun, collaborative and friendly environment!
