R?VEIL Limited, Hungary workforce agency looks for experienced candidate for the position SAP ARIBA CONSULTANT for his client with permanent work location in Budapest, Hungary. Description of the job Participation in preparation of implementation and implementation of SAP Ariba procurement supporting workflow system. The job requires execution of business consulting tasks supporting sales, that mainly related to SAP Ariba modules as folloes : • Sourcing • Contracts • Buying • SLP • Ariba Network • Cloud Integration Gateway Main tasks 1) Consulting related to introduction of SAP Ariba system, documentation of system operation during the whole phase of implementation. 2) Planning and configuration of strategic and operational procurement processes. Contract management and tailoring of pre-qualification of supplier modules. 3) First contact in elaboration of technical solutions as well as in mapping business processes of clients including the necessary organizational tasks. 4) During the implementation of SAP Ariba modules keeps contact with SAP Deployement team in Prague as well as with key users of client concerning planning tasks necessary during the implementation of the system. 5) Preparation of system plans and description of processes 6) Preparation of professional content of the business (commercial) offers 7) Support of sales team work on system presentations and events Requirements Qualification: Requirement: University Degree in economics Advantage: Qualification in procurement specialization Professional experience: Requirement: Experience in implementation of SAP Ariba (any modules) Advantage SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts, as well as S/4HANA integration experience Languages: Requirement: English C1 Advantage: Knowledge of German aor any other European language Other requirements: Requirement: Key-user knowledge at least of 1(one) SAP Ariba module Relocation to Hungary is a must Necessary skills Requirement: ability to deliver presentations/demo to top-managers What we offer: Work in European Union Participation in local and/or international projects EU competitive compensation package Inspiring environment Promotion opportunities If needed: Physical support in getting labor visa, finding accommodation etc. The application should contain: 1.
