Aristek Systems is actively involved in the development of innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. Our team consists of over 150 highly qualified professionals of various IT-spheres. Now we are looking for Project Manager to join our team! NB! There is an opportunity to work remotely. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing EdTech domain projects within the largest company account. Your ability to switch between projects efficiently without losing focus is critical to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while utilizing your project management skills and knowledge. Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within available resources to the client’s satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans and schedules. Monitor project progress, team’s performance, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management. Maintenance of reports and required project documentation. Stay up to date with industry trends, specifically within the EdTech domain, and apply relevant knowledge to project management processes. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years experience in managing IT projects, specifically in outsource development projects, highlighting your ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools. Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices and the model of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Will be a plus. Ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus or compromising quality. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, empowering you to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex project environments. Understanding of the EdTech domain and technical part of software development projects will be a big plus. Technical experience in software development projects will be a plus. Level of spoken English – Upper-Intermediate or above.
