Adapty makes it easier for mobile apps to implement in-app purchases and manage paywalls. We serve 7K apps, process $0.5B in-app subscriptions a year, and have been consistently growing for the last 16 months. Our team consists of more than 50 committed and product-driven people who like challenging tasks. Top investors including 500 Startups, and Surface Ventures back us. We are seeking a proactive Event Manager to oversee the full-cycle management of our online and offline events. In this role you will… Create a detailed plan for events throughout the quarter and year, including budgets, deadlines, and goals. Own user list for events. With the help of our marketing team, you’ll invite people to our events and build a loyal list. Organize our participation in major international events in the mobile industry, both online and offline: Research the relevant events and build an event calendar; Decide our role in those events, such as booth preparation and presentation materials; Travel to the conference and coordinate the process. Coordinate and manage our own events from start to finish: Work with service providers and venues; Find speakers and prepare them; Keep track of timing and content. Work with Adapty’s partners to plan joint events or sponsorships. Handle logistics and visa arrangements, like buying tickets and finding accommodation for team members together with HR. Develop and order our merch for the conference. Work with our sales and marketing teams to understand the event performance. Assist our HR team with interna l events , such as corporate parties or brainstorming sessions. You will be a great fit if… You have experience in organizing online and offline events and a strong desire to develop further in this area. You’re a great organizer. You can track multiple organizational and management tasks at the same time and meet the deadline with good result quality. Everything finds its place with you and works as a clock with your coordination. You’re a great communicator. You can communicate with both dev and business people, making our presentation program excellent. You know how to follow up with people to meet the deadline. You’re a great planner. You work with spreadsheets professionally. You know how to make a business plan for the event and how to estimate the event profitability and payback roughly. You worked with marketing teams before . You can coordinate our website team to build landing pages, promote You are a fluent English speaker, capable of effectively communicating with customers and partners. You are ready to travel around the world, to participate in conferences from North America to APAC. It will be a plus if… You organized conferences for SaaS companies before. You are familiar with mobile industry events such as App Growth Summit, Mobile Apps Unlocked, etc. What you may expect from working with us...
