To serve one of our Tourism Board clients in the MENA region we are looking for Account Director PR – Russia Your tasks You will serve as an external press service and shall be responsible for distributing press releases to B2B and B2C and communicating with media. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including travel journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, and industry experts. You identify, develop and execute strategic plans to increase business development opportunities for one of our governmental clients within the tourism sector. You will establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders such as tour operators, travel agencies, and destination management companies for our client. You will manage and maintain a database of partners and collaborators, including travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, MICE operators, and associations for our client. You will research and identify potential MICE clients and opportunities for hosting events and conferences for our clients. You identify, develop, and evaluate marketing and communication strategies for our clients. Your profile You communicate convincingly, confidently and sympathetically You have in-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry and the MICE sector You have at least five years of professional experience in the development of partnerships in the MICE sector and in the travel industry You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with a focus on business administration, public relations or preferably tourism You are not afraid to take on responsibility and can manage customers and external providers You have excellent verbal and written English skills We offer International customers and colleagues Flat hierarchies with plenty of room to organise your own workplace Free further training through our mc Academy Working in a 360°-integrated communications agency If you are also motivated and willing to perform at an above-average level, we can offer you an exciting position in one of the leading communications and advertising agencies with national and international clients from the worlds of business, politics, media and sport.
