We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, HAWKED – and many more. Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE, Serbia, and Georgia. Come join a universe of professional opportunities: develop and support large scale projects from PC/console/mobile, and create products across various genres – from casuals to shooters. What you’ll do: Develop high-throughput HTTP servers and proxy servers for an advertising system Design and optimize fault-tolerant architecture and decision-making algorithms Optimize integration with machine learning models for high-load/real-time requests, including seamless data and model updates Integrate strategies and machine learning models efficiently, taking server distribution into account Develop infrastructure for conducting A/B tests Write integration and unit tests What you need to succeed: Strong algorithmic background: a knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures, as well as their implementation in standard libraries Understanding of concurrency and asynchronous request processing Proficient in C++, with the ability to write testable code Knowledge and experience applying key approaches to working with multithreaded services and distributed systems Interest in machine learning (direct involvement is not required, but the opportunity for development in this area will be available for those interested) Nice to have: Proficient in C++20 Codeforces/Topcoder profile(s) Experience in AdTech Experience with A/B testing models in high-load systems and services Experience with in-memory databases under high load Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and related fields Understanding of probability theory, statistics, algebra, and numerical methods What we offer: Work remotely from all around the world Collaborative working atmosphere in an internal game dev community that unites more than 40 in-house and partner studios A strong team of specialists across different areas — access unique expertise and professional knowledge Possibility to experiment and work on interesting tasks with ambitious goals — we have all resources to implement new ideas Create great games and win the hearts of players Push the boundaries of the game industry and lead the way forward
