Key functions: Development of team leaders, BDM, and KAM competencies Developing and delivering seminars, field trainings & workshops Conducting coaching sessions in accordance with Individual Employee DevelopmentPlans Updating and development of standards for sales managers Supporting onboarding of newcomers Audit of managers' compliance with the standards of sales and CRM-base maintenance Developing quarterly and annual training plans to meet business objectives. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor or Master degree 5+ years of experience on the similar position Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person Key Performance Indicators: Percentage of managers' adherence to client and partner standards. Degree of employees' progress in accordance with Individual Development Plans.
