INTEGRATION Consulting Group is looking for a Green Awareness Raising and Knowledge Management Advisor to coordinate the communication processes during the implementation of our ongoing GIZ-funded project “ Creating a Green Business Development Ecosystem in Uzbekistan ” for a period until April 2025. Please check the job description to find out more about the opportunity and how to apply. Duties : Coordinate all project visibility/communication elements (leaflets, videos, social media, case studies, business models) to ensure a smooth project implementation Provide support to the team leader in evaluation of the 50 target companies and relevant work packages, contribute to project reporting and coordinate stakeholder engagement events (workshops, conferences, seminars, etc.) Coordinate activities related to the creation and maintenance of digital knowledge platforms and Green Platform for SMEs Professional requirements : University qualification (Bachelor) in public relations, communication, or journalism Knowledge of English, Russian and Uzbek on Level C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages 5 years of professional experience in the field of communications/PR/social media with a focus on the business sector A candidate should demonstrate minimum 2 donor-funded projects in the last 5 years with clearly defined communications/PR/social media role and responsibility 1 year of experience in managing a business page on social media (eg Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, etc.) 2 years of work experience in Central Asia or Eastern Europe region 1 year of experience working on DC (development) projects Extra motivation : INTEGRATION is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do. As a result of this project, local Green BDS service providers will be equipped with skills and knowledge required to meet the demand for Green BDS in Uzbekistan and support industries in their transition towards a more resource-efficient production and operation.
