An international company with exciting gaming projects is looking for a skilled Legal Team member with experience in contract drafting, negotiation expertise, and near-native English proficiency. The job involves not only typical legal duties but also delves deep into researching clients and partners, screening clients, KYC, and due diligence. We run a Tier 1 aggregation platform that offers casino and sportsbook-related content, such as live casinos, virtual sports, slots, and table games. Our main clients are Licensed and Certified sportsbook/casino platforms and prime platforms in the gambling industry. Main Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing new contracts, agreements, and legal documents; Negotiating and finalizing contract terms related to game development, distribution and partnership; Communicating with clients and responding to emails from clients, colleagues, and other external parties; Keeping track of tasks and deadlines to ensure that legal assignments are completed on time; Conducting legal research and analysis of different jurisdictions related to software licensing, gaming and other topics related to the industry; Assisting and checking documents for accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and data security Conducting due diligence on potential partners Conducting thorough research to unearth valuable insights, including uncovering financial connections within the company (identifying key stakeholders, tracing capital origins, locating founders through examination of social networks and LinkedIn), and providing a comprehensive overview.
