We are an engineering company specializing in the development of various software, as well as the development and testing of intralogistics complexes. Our employees are involved in work under outsourcing and outstaffing contracts. Currently, the Company has a reliable income from Russian and foreign key clients. New projects of partner companies require staff expansion. We work and will continue to work with colleagues who share our values and are ready to participate in complex projects. We are looking for a highly qualified project manager with experience in implementing complex international projects. We seek an individual who sees the big picture as well as pays attention to details, understanding how processes and tasks collectively impact project implementation. The?Project Manager leads the implementation and optimization of the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the defined scope and quality. Coordinates cross-functional and geographically dispersed internal and external vendor teams, ensuring alignment in objective and timelines. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly. Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements. Analyzes and proposes possible options for missing solutions where needed Translate business needs into solution designs while considering the internal framework, best practices and industry benchmarks Change Management: Ensure smooth transition of projects by devising and executing a comprehensive change management strategy. Mobilizing internal and external resources to address various issues for project implementation. Asking questions, receiving answers, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution. Ability to see the overall picture of the project, understanding which tasks and problems impact its implementation Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. Ensure that all deliverables are up to the highest standards of quality and comply with industry regulations Stakeholder Management: Act as the local primary point of contact for all project-related queries from both internal teams and external vendors. Project team management, including top-level executives Foster a culture of transparency, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and involved. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager System approach Attention to details Not afraid to ask questions Experience in implementing complex and large-scale international projects is a must Proficient in English, conversational Russian is a plus Broad perspective and strong problem-solving skills Experience in attracting and managing resources. Strong communication skills (written & oral) Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or other project management methodologies.
