Wallet on Telegram is your gateway to the world of digital currencies, specially tailored for individuals in emerging markets. Whether you're a crypto novice or seeking to simplify your digital finance experience, Wallet is crafted with your needs in mind. Now we are seeking an AML officer to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) and Sanctions policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization. Provide comprehensive training to company employees, focusing on AML practices in the cryptocurrency sector. Prepare and submit regular reports and requests to Lithuanian supervisory authorities and the company's governing body. Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, meticulously analyzing customer transactions for any signs of suspicious activities. Apply appropriate customer due diligence measures in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications University degree in Finance, Economics, or Law. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations. Proficient in handling and analyzing large volumes of data. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory. Proficiency in English (at least level B1) is required. Knowledge of Russian is preferred. We are looking for a person who can work on a 5/2 schedule from 9h/10h to 18h/19h Lithuanian time. Why it is a fantastic opportunity Our business is growing at an exponential scale.
