Duties and functions : The Deputy Director (Maintenance operations) shall assist the Director and manage at the maintenance all operations required to support the maintenance practice.The Deputy Director (Maintenance operations) shall assist the Director and manage at the maintenance all operations required to support the maintenance practice. Establish operational statistics and manage the technical and economic efficiency indices. Control of maintenance practice and programs, require establishment of database and maintenance documentation, performance indicators for the different activities of the maintenance Direction, with a view to exercise the continuous managerial control; Manage the expenses of cost centers and analytical maintenance costs; Optimize the maintenance operations and participate on the annual maintenance shutdown program. Provides efficiency of design decisions, timely and qualitative preparation of the production, technical exploitation, repair and modernization of equipment, achievement of product’s high quality in the process of it’s development and production. General Requirements : * He/she should know: Master degree in Mechanic / Maintenance; Knowledge in Mechanic, Electrical, Civil Work, Instrumentation, Hydraulic Knowledge of the Industrial Kazakh Rules Skills of management Strategy vision of maintenance Knowledge in TPM, 5S, FMEA Experience of the shutdown of installation Proactive, Rigorous, Communication. the legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that regulate operation and management and also financial and economic activity of the organization, the decisions of authorities of state power and administration, that define priority directions of the development of the economy and correlating type of the economic activity; perspectives of technical, economic and social development of the type of economic activity and the business-plan of the organization; the procedure of drawing and conformation of the plans of operation and management activity of the organization; the methods of management and administration of the organization; the procedure of concluding and executing of management and financial contracts; the scientific and technical achievements in the correlating type of economic activity and experience of leading organizations; Terms: Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00; Deposit Tortkuduk (Turkestan region, Suzak district); Annual bonus; Free medical insurance (possibility to insure additional family members); Annual training in technical skills; English language training at the field; Accommodation, meals, transportation at the expense of the company.
