Workplace and format: (Remote/Office and Hybrid) We expect from you: 5+ years of experience working as a BA to elicit, analyze, validate, consolidate, and prioritize business and systems requirements Working knowledge of Agile principles and the role of the BA in this methodology with a solid understanding of SDLC Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Must have experience in capturing the requirements and maintaining the required documentation such as BRD, FSD/FDN/FRD, SRS Must have experience in working directly with Client / Business stakeholders Must have experience in working with different estimation techniques Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables concurrently Ability to adapt to changing project requirements Ability to work well under deadlines Proven track record of successful delivery of technical projects Nice-to-haves: Data driven mindset with experience using SQL or other query languages to produce data driven metrics and reports Strong background in business intelligence or data engineering Your responsibilities: Define and document detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria Translate business requirements into technically relevant specifications Work with Product Manager to manage, maintain and prioritize the product feature backlog Participate in the design and development of system architectures, workflows, and data models Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams, to ensure successful project delivery Work with User Experience / Design resources to help visualize requirements into prototype Participate in developing estimates and implementation plans Understand and apply principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management Perform user acceptance testing to validate that technical implementation is in parity with the business requirements Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
