Responsibilities: Taking care of all intercompany and client money transfers, cash allocation and transfers between accounts. Work closely with merchants and banks ensuring a positive onboarding experience, ensuring they receive the best pricing and payment options suited to their needs Transfer business requirements to the Developing team in order to ultimately achieve a smooth implementation and automatization of payment processes Regular communication with banks and payment services Product owner for the entire payment process Dashboards & Reporting on payments (quantity of payments with different breakdowns, claims, average resolution time, etc) Develop the payments calendar Cash forecasting Required skills and experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Treasury/Payments processing, payment service providers and/or fintech organization/banks Understanding of the general parameters of the main payment parameters: SEPA/ SWIFT transfers, MDR, MCC code, rates for forced refunds, etc. Experience in Big4 (financial sector) will an advantage Exposure to payments regulatory frameworks Good project management skills Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management and good team player Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on execution Analytical skills Ability to solve problems Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must Fluency in Ru ssian and English is required, other languages are considered as advantage We offer: Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people Relocation package included compensation for flight, accommodation 1 month VISA sponsorship for employee and family members The Company cover 30% of annual cost of Healthy Plan, which employee will decide to set up with any Insurance Company 21 working days of paid vacation 12 additional days off per year at the expense of the Сompany The Employee is annually entitled to days sick leave with pay Team building, corporate events, football and volleyball clubs, Greek language club, sports events and challenges Competitive salary package including annual bonus In honor of the birthday, wedding and birth of a child, the employee receives a gift from the Company
