Responsibilities: - Participate in development of itemized lists of equipment to be overhauled. - Participate in recording of available and transferred equipment, development and execution of technical and reporting documentation. - Ensure uninterrupted, sound and reliable operation of the equipment, replaceability and serviceability at the required level of accuracy. - Ensure development of plans (schedules) for inspections, tests and preventive repairs of the equipment in accordance with provisions of the Unified System for Preventive Maintenance; approve the plans, and monitor their implementation. - Participate in stock-taking of production fixed assets; identify obsolete equipment and facilities that need major repairs. - Take part in development of proposals for recording and planning of jobs, reconstruction of equipment, technical upgrade of repair facilities of the Company, introduction of integrated mechanical and automatic aids for production processes; - Participate in experimental, adjustment and other works to introduce and implement new technologies; equipment testing, acceptance of new and repaired equipment, reconstructed buildings and structures. - Issue requests for purchase of materials and spare parts for equipment and devices. - Ensure timely and high-quality repairs, as well as modernization of equipment to increase its durability and reliability; technical supervision of buildings and structures, including repair and maintenance, and efficient use of materials in repair works. - Take part in development of proposals for modernization of equipment, reconstruction, technical upgrade of the facility, introduction of integrated mechanical and automatic aids for production processes, environmental safety; development of plans to improve production efficiency. - Develop and implement measures to prevent accidental shutdowns, extend the service life of parts and assemblies and overhaul periods, improve safety of the equipment, increase its operational reliability. - Ensure proper performance of installation works, efficient use of funds for major repairs, correct storage of the equipment in warehouses. - Take measures to identify unused equipment and its sale, improve the operation of existing equipment, organize repair based on labor mechanization and introduction of advanced technologies; improve labour management for repair personnel. - Take part in investigation of causes of increased wear and tear of the equipment, downtime, accidents; development and implementation of measures to eliminate and prevent such circumstances. - Develop and implement measures to replace low-performance equipment with high-performance one, reduce unscheduled repairs and downtime, reduce cost of repairs and maintenance through the use of new progressive methods of repair and restoration of parts, assemblies and mechanisms. Employee shall know: - Basics of production technologies of the Company; - Site repair management; - Planning procedures and methods for operation and repair of equipment; - System of routine preventive repair and efficient operation of process equipment; - Repair management standards, guidelines and other materials; - Area of expertise, specialization and features of process control and management system and development potential of the Company; - Production capacity, technical characteristics, design features, purpose and modes of operation of the facility equipment, as well as operating rules; - Methods of installation and repair of equipment, repair management and technologies; - Advanced domestic and foreign experience of repair works; - Economy, facility and labour management, and business administration; - Basics of environmental legislation; - Development of defect lists, data sheets, albums of spare parts drawings, operation instructions for equipment and other technical documentation; - Acceptance and hand-over rules for repaired equipment; - Requirements for efficient management in operation, repair and modernization of equipment and repair tools; - Basic issues of labour legislation; - Occupational health, accident prevention, hygiene and fire safety rules and regulations. Requirements: A university degree or having a certificate of secondary vocational education and, at least, 3 years of hands-on experience in the area of Company's expertise speak state (Kazakh) language, official (Russian) language, English; be proficient in MS Office.
