We are looking for a talented .Net Developer to join our friendly and highly performing team. You will contribute to Devexpress WinForms components development, such as controls, data grids, navigation bars, and other UI elements. If you are eager to grow in the field of software development, work on exciting projects, and learn from experienced professionals, then this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities: Developing small and medium-sized components for DevExpress products. Fixing bugs and ensuring smooth operation. Reading and quickly understanding code written by others. Active collaboration with managers, mentors, and other team members. After adaptation, we expect you to reach a confident level of Junior WinForms Developer and contribute to our team. Professional Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in .NET development. Experience working remotely, ability to organize your work effectively outside the office. Professional and personal maturity. English proficiency at a B2 level or above is required. Required Skills: Knowledge of .NET and a strong technical background. Practical experience with WinForms is a plus. Ability to read and analyze code written by others. Code debugging and proficiency in Visual Studio and Git. Teamwork skills and effective collaboration with colleagues. High level of intelligence - quick learning ability and the capacity to apply new knowledge. Honesty and integrity in fulfilling responsibilities. Adaptability - ability to quickly adapt to changes and respond promptly to feedback. Persistence and determination to achieve goals.
