We are Belka Games . Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players. Our games are still growing, and so is our team. We’re looking for an experienced producer with a match-3 background to work on Clockmaker, our flagship project and one of the 15 highest-grossing match-3 games on the market according to AppMagic. We work on commercially successful titles with a fanbase of over a million players. If you follow the mobile gaming market, want to do great things as the head of a talented team, and are ready to take the helm of our match-3 ship, you’re just the person we’re looking for! What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement your match-3 strategy in a leadership role Achieve KPIs within the framework of your unique match-3 strategy Create your own vision and experiment with match-3 levels and key features Analyze statistics pertaining to match-3 levels and features, draw conclusions from them, and find room for improvement Validate project plans and other documentation developed by the match-3 team Monitor trends in match-3 games and adjacent genres What we need from you: 2+ years of experience as a producer/ match-3 game designer/level design lead A portfolio of successful match-3 projects Experience conducting experiments and A/B tests on match-3 levels Experience designing difficulty curves, level design documentation, and match-3 mechanics Deep understanding of match-3 level design and level mechanics Familiarity with the match-3 market and its trends; extensive media literacy Experience making decisions based on game-related statistics What you'll like about us: Remote/hybrid options: you can work at our offices in Vilnius, Lithuania, Limassol, Cyprus, Tbilisi, Georgia, or Budva, Montenegro, or you can work remotely — you just need to be available during business hours Professional growth: we offer English lessons with an instructor, pay for trips to professional conferences, and partially reimburse employees for education Flexibility: sometimes you just want to try something new.
