About us We are startup. Began as a part of IT-Agency. Now with 30 people in a team. We are growing x2 year by year. The target market is the USA (North America). For 19 years, our founders have been working in the digital marketing space and can't imagine how to manage marketing without full-funnel multi-channel marketing analytics. It's the 2020s, but there's still no good solution. That's why we're building our proprietary solution that solves this problem for clients on a turnkey basis. To do this, we are developing our own no-code cloud DWH explicitly designed for marketing analytics platform solutions and assembling a solid team of marketing analysts. What you'll need to do You’ll manage projects of integration and developing end-to-end marketing analytics for clients and help them get more values from reporting. In the course of your work you will: Manage the work of the analytics team (workload, tasks, deadlines, processes) Control deadlines for tasks and project milestones, making sure the client always receives reporting on time. Manage the profitability of projects (so that the team was in the plus on their projects). Manage tasks (take the task from the client, collect information, make understanding and prototypes, put the task to the analysts, control the process, take the task, hand it over to the client). Connect client expectations with reality (so that the client always knows exactly what result they will get) Figure out how to develop the client's reporting (collect information about the client, figure out with the team where to develop his reporting, how to increase the benefits for him). Make the project process transparent to the client (the client is aware of everything that might be important to them - deadlines, issues on the client's and Elly’s sides, data quality, security). Keep documents, reporting, files in order. Requirements Have 2 years or more experience in managing IT projects: implementing end-to-end analytics, BI, CRM, software development or web projects durations 3-10 man-months, with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements, understand the technical part of projects (device, interconnections). Experience working with external customer. Subject matter knowledge: internet marketing analytics, sales analytics, BI systems. Experience in working with documents (contracts, invoices and acts) in projects. English level C1 or higher; be ready to lead meetings with English-speaking clients from day one. Live in time zones of North America or Western Europe. Conditions Remote work; Salary from $1450 to $2250 depending on the interview and test task results. In the future, you can become a senior and earn more – from $2700 to $3500; Must be available 5 days a week and have at least 5 working hours overlap with the team and clients; Annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays; Laptop, software, and anything else you may need for work; Employment via Deel contract; Payment of half the cost of reasonable training activities.
