Our Deal Advisory team is one of the largest deal advisors with professional teams in Caucasus and Cetral Asia region, providing objective unbiased advice on every aspect of the full range of transactions. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Transaction Services group for Deal Advisory practice. Main responsibilities: Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to client companies and private equity investors Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks, which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations Report writing and checking Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation, as well as marketing materials Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: Higher education, desirably in finance/accounting Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Big4 or consulting firm or finance/accounting department of a company Knowledge of financial accounting, good understanding of IFRS Computer skills: advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user Strong analytical skills In process of obtaining ACCA certification is a plus Excellent writing and presentation skills Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail Fluent English and Russian The role enables to: Enjoy accelerated career development with rapidly growing firm Work and grow in a people driven organisation Deal with leading clients in complex and challenging assignments Benefit from a strong learning and development culture Have an opportunity to work on a wide range of Deal Advisory engagements in an extremely dynamic and rapidly developing market environment
